Courtly Love

I kind of love Dahlia Lithwick, who writes about the Supreme Court over at Slate. How could I resist this?

Sheldon E. Richie represents New Process Steel, and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg soon pins him over whether a group with a quorum of two is the board or an agent of the board. Justice Stephen Breyer asks what happens if the board of five delegates its power to three and then one of them dies.
