Zen of Rhyme
“Read, Read, Talk, Talk” is the third poem of Other Voices, and I know ”koans” and “bones” don’t really rhyme. I used to think they did. This guy (whoever he is) still does. Here is the poem.
I need to spend a little time, soon, thinking and writing about rhyme. I’m pretty picky, these days, and really don’t much like close rhyme in my own work. It doesn’t bother me in other people’s poems, but I want exact rhyme, at least exact in the dialect of whoever is speaking in the poem.

Pretty sure the trackback above is bot-generated on from keyword search on ‘zen’, but it’s a cool site anyway.
